Our history

For nearly 10 years, Jordan Kim has been acquiring, leasing, and disposing real estate assets across the country. His career spans multiple market segments, including multi-tenant retail centers, capitalization of net lease portfolios, and representation of companies in complex office, retail and industrial transactions. While still in college, Jordan received his Georgia Real Estate License and amassed more than $5,000,000 in sales. After graduating with his B.S. in Finance from Georgia Southern University, Jordan joined the United States Marines Corps and served his country in Afghanistan (OEF 11-2). Now, as the founder of Blokk Commercial Real Estate, Jordan is responsible for sourcing opportunities for institutional investors, private equity, and high net worth investors. On behalf of his clients, he diligently works to exceed traditional services by supporting, executing, and realizing investment strategies.
